Hi Fiona,Yes, you can wear false eyelashes if you have apecolia. It is actually very common for both women and men with apecolia or undergoing chemotherapy to wear false eyelashes. With a proper adhesive, false lashes will stay on all day, until you remove them at night (we don’t recommend sleeping with them on). Hope this helped! =)
