Yes, it was as I thought…… Chris Tucker would be the perfect host for the 2013 BET Music Awards, (he keeps the crowd howling). The BET Music Awards took place at the Nokia Theatre L.A in Los Angeles on June 30. I am excited to see that we are getting back to displaying real talent! Now let\’s get back to dressing the part. Remember a time when your parents made you wash up and put your Sunday\’s best just to go out to dinner? Believe it or not….getting all dressed up makes you feel special. Let\’s get back to the basics. There where a few people who where ready for Sunday dinner or looked as if they where headed to a star studded evening at the BET Music Awards. I love the geometric feel. Although, I do think an oversized red clutch would have given the dress even more power.

I loved the dress but, those shoes where over the top! Too much……. A beautiful strappy would have done the trick.
