4 simple steps to de-stress and relieve dry feet
How often do you take a little time to unwind? It\’s so important to ease stress and relax the body. Something a simple as a homemade foot soak can feel like a mini retreat. Here are 5 simple steps to de-stress and relieve dry feet,
Ingredients:
Soak
Warm water
1/2 cup of Epsom salt
Scrub
Olive Oil
Raw or Brown Sugar
Essential oil to your liking (Lavender, Sandalwood, Geranium, etc…)
Towel
Moisturize
Olive Oil
Essential Oil
1. Soak your feet in the Epsom salt and warm water
Tip: Keep a container of warm water nearby, just add a little periodically to keep the water warm) feels great
2. After soaking, Exfoliate with your homemade sugar scrub
3. Rinse and Towel dry
4. Moisturize with the olive oil and essential oil mixture…..enjoy
