1. Eat a healthy diet
Replace saturated fats with healthy omega-3 fats(good fats) such as oily fish like salmon or mackerel, flaxseed and nuts. These help with blood circulation. Foods rich in vitamin C are also excellent cellulite-busters because they boost levels of collagen in the skin.

4. Dry brush the body
Dry brush the body(with a long handled body brush) before you step into the shower each morning. This will stimulate lymphatic drainage. The light brushing motion against your skin and the direction in which you brush helps move lymph fluid into the lymph nodes so this waste can then be eliminated.
5. Use body scrub
The massaging motion boost circulation for a smoother looking skin. Also after, your skin will absorb nourishing moisturizers even better. Mix coffee grounds with your favorite sugar of salt scrub and watch how much firmer you will feel. Who would have thought! Coffee increases circulation.
6. Exercise and walk
Exercise can help reduce the appearance of cellulite and improve your health, muscle tone, strength and body shape . Weight loss can reduce the appearance of cellulite. Having firmer muscles under your skin can help the skin to appear much smoother. Try aerobic and muscle toning exercises.
