PMD Pro or Personal Microderm Review
Ok, I am so excited about the PMD Pro Microderm at home system, that I had to write a review! Microdermabrasion that you can do safely at home and affordable? Immediately I knew I needed to get my hands on this product. I was lucky enough to get my hands on the PMD Pro Microderm. I should start by telling you a little about myself. I am a licensed esthetician and make-up artist, who has been plagued with acneic skin since my teen years. I became an esthetician as a result of trying to find ways to manage and maintain healthy skin for myself and eventually others. With life being so hectic, there does not seem to be enough time for frequent spa visits, we won\’t even talk about how disposable income has changed.
I have been using the PMD Microderm system for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. I noticed visible improvement within a week of using the device. Although I must admit, I was a little over the top and went for the red disc(the most aggressive) way too soon, instead of working my way up and finding out which disc would be best for my skin type. I do know that I have thick skin with large pores that is prone to breakout. Now I am concerned with both acne and aging skin. But, our body changes so what works best today may not be what\’s best tomorrow. Lesson learned: Take your time! As a result of my aggressiveness I had some scabbing for about 3 days but, with patience and my Bubbling body butter/balm, my skin peeled and revealed a smoother softer looking skin. I love it! I am amazed at how quickly I see results and it can be achieved in the comfort of my own home. Having this machine at home will allow me to keep my skin in shape in-between spa visits, save me tons of money, most importantly allow me to maintain healthy skin. I give this product a thumbs up!

The PMD Microderm Pro comes with the following items: Microderm Device, 1 Small White Disc installed on the device, 2 Green Discs (one large one small), 4 Blue Discs (2 large and 2 small), 2 Red Discs (1 large and 1 small), DVD, instruction manual, and warranty card.
The device has 2 speeds: a standard speed that provides the highest level of intensity and a slower speed that provides a lower level of intensity for sensitive skin types

** Can take 5 to 10 days for delivery
Cons
– It not as intense as a professional microdermabrasion but it\’s pretty darn close, and cheaper
– I hoped it was cordless
