White Mountain Epsom Salt

How often do you take a little time to unwind?  It’s so important to ease stress and relax the body.  Something a simple as a homemade foot soak can feel like a mini retreat.  Here are 5 simple steps to de-stress and relieve dry feet,

Ingredients:

 

Soak

Warm water

1/2 cup of Epsom salt

 

Scrub

Olive Oil

Raw or Brown Sugar

Essential oil to your liking (Lavender, Sandalwood, Geranium, etc…)

 

Towel

Moisturize

Olive Oil

Essential Oil

 

1. Soak your feet in the Epsom salt and warm water

Tip:  Keep a container of warm water nearby, just add a little periodically to keep the water warm) feels great

 

2.  After soaking, Exfoliate with your homemade sugar scrub

 

3. Rinse and Towel dry

 

4.  Moisturize with the olive oil and essential oil mixture…..enjoy

Mix:

–  1 Egg White

–  2Tablespoons of Honey

–  Apply to your face and leave on for 10-15 minutes

–  Rinse with cool water

Why wouldn’t you yourself a little rosemary hair tonic?

DIY Rosemary Hair Tonic:

 

*  Boil 2 cups of water

 

*  Pour water over 1 cup of crushed fresh rosemary leaves

 

*  Let it seep about 15- 20 min or until cool

 

*  Use it as a rinse after shampooing
