Dark chocolate is known to contains high levels free radical fighting flavonoids. Be aware, not all dark chocolate is created equal. Make sure to look for 65% or higher cocoa content. The types of benefits that we could potentially gain from the types of flavonoids contained in chocolate are endless. Here are 3 guiltless reasons to eat dark chocolate:
