3 Helpful Tips That Make Wearing High Heels More Comfortable

If you are anything like me, you like the lean, feminine, and sexy look you get when you put on those fabulous high heels.   Wearing high heels can sometimes be uncomfortable and I don\’t know anyone who likes the pain that is associated with wearing heels.  Can you imagine high heels and comfort!   I would sleep in them!….(mild exaggeration).  But, you get the idea.  Here are 3 helpful tips to help make wearing high heels more comfortable:

1.  Try Inserts !

Cushion the part of your foot that receives the most pressure when wearing heels.  I carry them everywhere, and it can make a world of difference, especially on the ball of your foot.   Dr. Scholl\’s For Her High Heel Insoles is designed specially for high heels.  Give them a try.

2.  Rub on a little deodorant

To prevent blisters on your feet when wearing high heels, rub some deodorant on the area most likely to slide or get blisters.  The deodorant will prevent your feet from sliding and therefore relieve pressure on the feet.

3.  Scotch Tape

Scotch Tape, (Tape together you third and fourth toe)….It takes the pressure off the balls of your feet  and make them much more steady.

  1. Amazing blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m
totally overwhelmed .. Any tips? Appreciate it!
