Style inspiration for your work week
Thinking about what to wear to work can be overwhelming but, it doesn\’t have to be. Pulling together a few of your wardrobe basics can make life so much easier that expected. There is something about black and white that always looks good, almost sophisticated. Black and white are neutrals that are simple and easy to incorporate with colors. Neutrals are a great foundation and transitions well with a pop of color. You will find that your wardrobe basics or foundation pieces tend to consist of versatile, quality, classic and neutral pieces. These tend to be must haves no matter what your style is and you more than like wear these pieces all the time. These staples make good style sense and they allow you to still be authentic. It\’s always a great idea to pull out a few key pieces then build your outfits around them. Take the guess work out of your work week by pulling together a few of your foundation or basic pieces.
Add a chiffon scarf to your white button down and no one will know its the same shirt
The black blazer is sophisticated and chic especially as a monochromatic look but, can be worn with a patterned pencil skirt or over your favorite sheath dress
You can never go wrong with a black pant! Pair the classic black pant with a bold solid or print top and Wha la, it makes just about any outfit look pulled together
